FIRST – Sales & Marketing Application
The application FIRST is to facilitate recording the prospect details that are
normally carried out before actually a
Customer is acquired. Though, as Customer acquisition starts from the initial
Contact phase and often ends
once the Customer is acquired i.e. Sale is made. Such an engagement with a
Prospect starts from the
first point of interaction until an outcome has been reached.
A positive Sales outcome is the generation of a Lead or the trigger
of a transactional
event. However, the highest value of presales interactions is to understand why
a positive outcome has not been reached.
Objective of FIRST is to create an Online Pre sales Application where
our Suzlon Sales & Marketing team from any part of the world can
add the details of the Prospect into the system thereby enabling
effective tracking of the Suzlon Sales Pipeline. We expect to
make “FIRST” a enablement platform thereby enabling
our Suzlon Sales & Marketing team to access and book
prospect details even while they are not in office.
